Terms of use
PrivatePOS is a local point-of-sale app from Agentic AI Labs Ltd. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
What the app is
PrivatePOS records sales, stock, customers, and related shop work on your device. You choose the country, currency, language, and shop type. It is one app for many kinds of shops. Modules you do not need stay hidden.
What the app is not
PrivatePOS is not a bank, card acquirer, or wallet. It does not move money. Recording “card” or a local wallet only notes how the customer paid. You are responsible for the real charge on your terminal or wallet app, and for tax filings in your country.
Your shop data
You own the shop data on the device. Keep the PIN safe and keep your own copies of .pposbak backups. If the PIN is lost and you have no backup, the shop on that device cannot be unlocked. Agentic AI Labs Ltd cannot reset it, because we do not hold the key.
Demo builds
A build marked DEMO in the app erases shop data about an hour after that window starts. Do not run a real shop on a demo build.
Acceptable use
Use the app for a lawful business. You are responsible for staff access, customer details you type in, and any AI provider you connect with your own key.
The software
The app is provided as available. A till can fail if a device is lost, damaged, or out of storage. Keep backups. These terms do not limit rights that consumer law in your country does not allow us to limit.
